Welcome to Vaidik Vidhan. By accessing or using our platform, including booking pandit services, consultation, or purchasing puja essentials, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
Bookings for rituals, pujas, and astrological consultations are subject to availability of pandits and auspicious timings (muhurats). All dakshina offerings and materials fees are disclosed before booking and are to be paid through our secure payment gateway.
Users agree to maintain a respectful and sacred environment when interacting with our Pandits, Astrologers, and support staff. Any abusive behavior, harassment, or attempt to bypass the platform terms will result in immediate termination of the account.
Vaidik Vidhan facilitates rituals and consultations in good faith according to traditional scriptures. Astrological advice and spiritual outcomes are guided by faith, and no specific material outcomes are guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from using this platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
